Blok 51 offers detailing and valeting products to customers all over the world. We try our best to offer the best possible shopping experience and try to offer the best shipping prices available to us.
We offer a variety of options ranging from collection at our store to international shipping to dozens of countries all over the globe.
All deliveries are tracked and we do our best to ensure that we know where your order is and we use services which we have faith in and they can deliver your item safely and on time.
The cost of shipping your order is dependent on the size and weight of your items. The final shipping cost is calculated at the cart during checkout. If you chose to order via telephone we will calculate the cost using the same methods and prices on the website.
We try our best to pack and dispatch your orders the same day you order where possible. To ensure the best chance of your item being dispatched the same day we advise getting your order to us before 12pm (noon). In a case where there may be stock shortages or unavoidable delays we will keep you informed of the situation. You will also be given a range of options should there be any issues.
In the event you are unable to sign for your delivery, the standard protocol will be used by the courier who are carrying out the delivery. These protocols may include having a neighbour sign for the delivery, leaving the parcel in a safe place, or leaving a card with a phone number for you to rearrange collection or delivery.
The vast majority of our deliveries to the UK and Ireland only take 1-2 days so you don’t have to wait too long to get your hands on all your favourite detailing and valeting products. The normal delivery time for most European deliveries is 5-7 days and for the rest of the world the normal delivery times range from 3-10 days from the date of dispatch.
If you find that after 3 days later than expected your order hasn’t arrived please let us know and we can look into it for you. Please try to take holidays and difficult weather conditions into account.
In some rare occasions a parcel may get damaged or go missing. We pack all our items to the best of our abilities and in suitable packing materials. Unfortunately this doesn’t mean that all parcels arrive in pristine condition. In the case where a parcel is damaged we advise that your make sure it is noted by the delivery driver as damaged where possible. We would also require you to send photographs of the damaged items within 24 hours to enable us to report the damage immediately to our couriers. If the item is not salvageable we will try our best to resolve the situation by sending out a replacement item or by issuing a refund if this isn’t possible.
In the case where you receive an order with incorrect or missing items please let us know within 5 working days from the date of delivery. Please check the items against your receipt very carefully. If there are missing items from your order we will send out the missing items as soon as possible. If you have items which were not ordered we may ask you to return the items to us and in this case you would be fully compensated for doing so.
